What is entailed in the Interview Process?

The initial interview; or first interview, is a semi-formal interview. You are expected to be in smart attire (suits, shirt, tie ect.), as this is what you will be wearing during your normal working day.

In this interview you will be initially asked to fill out an application form just to inform us of your future goals and what you expect to gain from being part of Oratory Commerce, this gives us the chance to access your suitability and where about in our organisation will bring out your potential .

During your one-on-one interview you will be asked a few questions about your strengths, ambitions and skills. You will then be informed about the business and its opportunities.

If you are successful, you will be invited back for a second interview a few days after your first. In this second interview you should also be dressed in formal attire. This interview is a group interview and consists of a more detailed overview of what we do. You will be shown an educational DVD about the client in which we support, and the great work that we do for them to raise them the funds they require. There will be a more in depth description of the business and how you can develop yourself with-in it.

There will be an opportunity for you to ask any questions that you have; in fact we would like it if you came prepared with any questions that you have to ask.

You will be told at the end of this second interview whether you are successful to become part of our team, and we will inform you of the next steps.
